Your answers are perfect . . . until numbers 4 and 5.
For #4, we need the dash and the "it" in the second part:
4. Excuse me, I have to answer the phone -- it is ringing in the other room.
And for #5, the phrase "these days" means a shorter time period, so ~ing is more natural:
5. What is Sunny doing these days?
